We are looking to onboard coaches who facilitate the sessions for our start up founders. If you have experience coaching or facilitating and want to be paid to work with our entrepreneurs.

As a minimum you will need to attend the weekly Huddle sessions with your cohort, lasting 75 minutes. Other components are optional but highly recommended.
You will have access to a spiritual development programme, the full details of which are shared upon joining. You engage in 30-day commitments to refrain from destructive habits and embody prophetic virtues.
You will have access to a spiritual mentor who you can communicate with for guidance and support along your journey. Beyond that, there are monthly sessions on the Spirituality of Business so you can align faith, purpose and business growth.
You pay £1,995 for the year upfront, equivalent to £5 a day. You can also opt for £200 per month. You are also entitled to a full refund within 30 days.
We do our best to look through the members who have passed the interview stage and match them with others based on skillset, experience and personality type. At the moment our cohorts have diverse members from different professional backgrounds, but if you would prefer to be with members from the same industry, we can also facilitate this, although the wait to join a cohort can increase.
Accountability is one strong feature of The Huddle. But it's not the only thing. Every week you get clarity, focus and actionable next steps so your business grows and gains momentum week on week. Our system helps supercharge your productivity, God willing.
We cannot guarantee how much your business will grow by. We give you the structure, support and people – but growth always comes from how you show up.

For all of that, £5 a day is a meaningful investment in yourself and your mission.
We currently accept those within a +/- 3 hour time zone difference from the UK, even if that is outside Europe. Our events are mostly in the UK at the moment and you will need to cover your own costs to attend.
Once a year we will have a retreat for the whole community. This will be in a different country every year. The costs of this are not included in the yearly fee.
